Nuvalo Studios, Dubai, UAE ("Nuvalo", "we", "us", "our") is a software and AI studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This website shows what we do and lets you contact us or complete a short business assessment.

In these terms, "the site" means nuvalo-studio.com, "content" means everything on it, and "you" means the person or company using it. By using the site you confirm that you are at least 18, and that if you are using it for a company you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the site, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

You may use this site for lawful purposes, to learn about us, and to contact us. You agree not to: use it in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful way; upload or transmit malware or anything malicious; scrape, harvest, or collect data from it by automated means at scale; attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload it or its systems; try to gain unauthorised access to any part of it; misrepresent your identity; or infringe anyone's rights.

The design, text, graphics, logos, names, and other content on this site belong to Nuvalo or our licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view and share the content for your own personal or internal business use.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or otherwise reuse the content commercially, or use our name or logo, without our prior written permission.

When you send us information through the contact form or the assessment, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant us permission to use that information to respond to you and to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information through the forms. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use them freely, without obligation to you.

Any prices shown, including "from" prices, and any recommendation, estimated cost, or investment range produced by the assessment, are indicative only. They are not an offer, they are not binding, and they do not create a contract.

Actual scope, deliverables, timelines, and prices are agreed separately in a written proposal or agreement, signed before any work begins. Nothing on this site, and no submission through it, obliges either of us to enter into a contract.

The site and the assessment are for general information only. They are not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and you should not rely on them as such. The assessment output is a general guide, and we do not guarantee any particular result or outcome.

The site may link to or rely on third-party services, for example WhatsApp and our hosting and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is complete, accurate, or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuvalo, its founders, and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims connected with the site is limited to the greater of the total amount you have paid us in connection with the site in the twelve months before the claim, or AED 500.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Nuvalo harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of our providers, internet or telecommunications failures, or acts of government.

We may restrict, suspend, or withdraw access to the site, in whole or in part, at any time and at our discretion, for example if we reasonably believe it is being misused.

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours. Nothing here creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship between us.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
